Computek Remote Support Service
IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY:
This Terms of Use Agreement
("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you and Computek
Inc., which governs: 1) your access to and receipt of remote support,
including Computek’s remote access to your system to analyze problems,
sources of problems, and when appropriate, to fix problems (collectively
the “REMOTE SUPPORT”); and 2) your use of documents (“Documents”),
support software in the form of hotfixes, updates, bug fixes, workarounds,
patches, or other software that Computek provides to you in the
course of providing Remote Support or which is otherwise located on this
website (collectively the “SOFTWARE"). By clicking on "The
Tech Person Name" you agree to be bound by the terms of this
AGREEMENT. In addition, by utilizing REMOTE SUPPORT or this website, you
will be deemed to have accepted the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not
agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT, you are not authorized to use this
website or SOFTWARE.
Remote Support is subject for
hourly Rate billing. Your tech person will provide you with billing
Rates.
